❀ Fundas de gafas Steampunk-Vintage

Hola gente!

Esta vez os traigo un recycling de nada más y nada menos... la funda de las gafas... si si..yo también me lo pensé antes de empezar y confieso que tijera en mano, me temblaban hasta las tintas!...

Pequeño, curvo y recurvo...vamos todo un desafío pero gracias al arte la cosa salió bien y os lo enseño por si os quereis atrever, además os incluyo la plantilla que saqué, que si bien es de las modernas, quizás las podais adaptar.

Esta forrada en papel (de My Mind Eye's) que mojé un poquito para que cogiera la forma, pero con cuidado porque puede romper... pegado y luego barnizado para hacerlo algo más resistente

❀ Martes de freebie.... Far Far Hill

Hola gente!,

Como sabéis, y si no ya os lo cuento, soy una fanática de los fondos gratis o los freebies, como se dice en inglés; no sólo porque son gratuitos, es  que además .. son bellísimos!.

Los hay de  uso personal (PU-personal use) y hasta a veces también de uso comercial (CU-commercial use), lo que significa que puedes usarlos en tus "Artes y Oficios" y vender tus creaciones sin preocuparte nada de cosas tipo derechos de autor etcétera ... etc ... etc

Pero ..  todo tiene "su aquello"... ah claro!, que te creías ... y su aquello no es más que el reconocimiento de su arte (como a tí te gusta del tuyo) ..

.. Por lo cual la norma - elegante, decente y de Karma positivo -, es que les menciones en los créditos; ya sea en la etiqueta de tu artículo o a la vista, bien grande en tu puesto de venta, tienda, tenderete o casa de Pepita, pero hay que decirlo .. porque la cantidad de gente artistaza que anda por ahí fuera es impresionante y además de un generoso alucinante, así que, qué menos que entre artistas y artesanos cuidarnos y defendernos.

Por ahora, que releo con horror el post "Rottenmeier style" (aunque así és la cosa) os paso una de mis favoritas, Far Far Hill .. con millones de archivos free, desde fondos, hasta abalorios, es impresionante! ..

 .. En una sola palabra.

❀ Happy Birthday Hubby!

... Hi people!

Today I want to share with you a B-day card that I made for my hubby.

Doing a card for a gentleman is always difficult for me, because of the limitations about ornaments, that always helps when you are trying to give that special "touch" to a card or an album.

Make masculine cards is more complicated (no flowers here please... lol) so I decided to use the steampunk aesthetic to give that extra point.

It's my first "steam" so, I need to walk a long way still , but I think that is not so bad huh!... comments are welcome , please let me know your thoughts....

❀ ...The Queen again...but like a Tag!

.. And as a souvenir for Her help, I made this "tag-reading point" to my friend and artist cooperative Ana (she made the Fimo clay clover I used) who was delighted with the image I used in the ATC swap, so, I decided to give her one for her enjoyment .... but she doesn't use it! ...  is on the shelf!... like an ornament!, think I haven't had so much success doing the tag, but if she's happy, hey buddy! ... me too! .... Happy week, people!

❀ The Queen of Clubs - Swap Tag 2013

Hi people!,

..let me tell you that I'm delighted! .... Debi Jackson-Schnabel and Linda Bates, a girls from my Scrapbook group on Facebook, the "PITA Babes and Bulls", invited me to participate in my first ATC swap!. 

Vicky Nash was the organizer of the swap and the theme was the deck of poker, naturally I asked the queen of clubs to do the honors to Mother Nature.

After much thought and a few drawings,I found inspiration and finally came out this ATC, wich I love. 

The image is from Adrienne Trafford and the clover with crown is from my friend Ana.

Hola gente!

Hoy os traigo un mini tutorial de...flores! .. que raro no?, pues si, este es de pinterest y va de hacer flores usando las troqueladores o punches (de tarjetas y de circulo festoneado).

Pero viendo esto y pensando en pétalos...las posibilidades pueden ser infinitas!... si se os ocurre alguna más hacerle fotos y me la mandáis que la colgamos o me mandáis vuestro enlace pinterest, blogger o whatever!, a v

❀ Una caja para el té

Hola Gente!,

Esta vez os traigo mi último diseño ... una caja para guardar el té o las infusiones, hecha de una caja reciclada y un blister modificado a manera de pecera, para crear o al menos intentarlo, una escena ... No podía ser mas "scrap"..

No está mal, no? .. pronto el tuto!
